Board and Volunteer Positions
The Board of Directors represents you in the management of the property. This is your valuable asset. Be sure you are giving it your best attention. By reading the communications, reading the documents on this website and voting at the May & October meetings is important. It is your responsibility to either attend in person or submit a proxy for the May & October owners meeting.

ABTS prefers to have owner occupied units. There is a maximum of seven (7) units that can be rented out at one time. Rentals are month to month only.
There are NO Nightly Rentals allowed ( No airbnb, No vrbo). Currently four (4) spots are full. Rentals can be added in the courtyard and the prom. Poolside is full. If you have questions, please contact us.
